Returns & Refund Policy
We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To receive a full refund, your item must be unused and still in its original packaging and condition.
We do not take refunds on:
Gift Cards
Handmade Commission Items
We require a receipt or proof of purchase for your return in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued through the manner of which they were processed/paid. If it cannot be reissued to the original purchase payment method, a store gift card will be issued or credit placed on a customer account.
If the item is past the 30 days of purchase, a partial refund may be issued minus a restocking fee of $5.00 per item. Item must be in original packaging and condition to receive refund.
Event Entry Fees:
MINIMUM 24 hours of notice prior to event must be given to receive a refund of event entry fees. No refunds to be given after event has started.
A refund of event entry will forfeit any product associated with the event.
